FROM SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE:
Heading south on College Avenue past WWC, Andy’s Market (12th & S. College Avenue) go one block L. on Sunny Drive to
STOP sign (about 2 blocks) straight is my neighbor’s drive. Vories are directly behind to the left. Take L. to Scenic, mediate R. on
Valley View Terrace (100 ft). Second home on the left, 1455. Blue Rose Suite, 1515, is 3rd home on the left.
Heading north on College Avenue from Milton-Freewater, take L off Hiway 125 on College Avenue, past Sager School,
start up hill R on Sunny Drive Drive to STOP sign (about 2 blocks) straight is my neighbor’s drive. Vories are directly behind to the
left. Take L. to Scenic, mediate R. on Valley View Terrace (100 ft). Second home on the left, 1455. Blue Rose Suite, 1515, is 3rd
home on the left.
FROM SE 12TH STREET:
Coming from Walla Walla via Dalles Military Rd. onto 12th street from Walla Walla, intersect Mira road past Village Church (at
corner 12th and Larch) 2nd L at SE Central Avenue, L at 2nd street, Scenic View Drive, mediate R (100’) on Valley view Terrace.
Second home on the left, 1455. Blue Rose Suite, 1515, is 3rd home on the left.
FROM MEADOW BROOK (WAL-MART, HIWAY 125)
Past Wal-Mart, R on Lamperti Avenue L on Larch, take L, third street on Scenic View Drive, L on first street, Valley view Terrace.
Second home on the left, 1455. Blue Rose, 1515, Suite is 3rd home on the left.
PLEASE NOTE: GPS is not accurate at any address on Valley View Terrace and Valley Drive.
PARKING:
One parking slot per suite. Basil suite; parking north side under grape arbor just 20 feet from entrance to your unit. Lavender
suite; parking parallel to road between driveways, entrance to your suite just under grape arbor second door on your right. Lane
must be kept open for emergency vehicles and neighbors. Over flow Parking is available on Scenic view Drive. Your co-operation
is much appreciated. Lots of parking at the Blue Rose suite. Thank you!
Milton-Freewater Home:
Coming from College Place, take College Avenue south to Hiway 125 / 11 - take right on 125, go almost exactly 6 miles - into
Oregon to the third stop light at NE 5th Avenue. Take right at NE 5th Avenue - continue through Russell' Robbins and Main to
Evans street. Take right on Evans street then immediate left on NW 5th Avenue to 227 NW 5th on the left. GPS works on this
location.
